The Sales Operations team is critical to the overall performance of Klaviyo’s sales team, and you will play an important role in ensuring success. We are seeking a highly analytical and process-oriented individual with a strong attention to detail and a passion for leveraging data to drive strategic decisions. You will be a key member of the Sales Operations team, acting as a central resource for our Global Business Development and Americas Customer Growth organizations. This role requires a collaborative and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with complex data analysis. This hire will report to the Director, Sales Operation AMER.
How You Will Make a Difference
- Analyze historical data to provide data-driven insights to sales leadership. You will extract and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales performance, seasonality, trends, and other relevant metrics to make actionable recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales process efficiency and revenue generation through data analysis. You will proactively identify areas where data can be leveraged to streamline processes, improve lead conversion rates, and maximize sales productivity.
- Partner with senior sales leadership to develop data-driven sales plans, forecasts, and strategies. You will contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives by providing analytical support and data-driven insights.
- Act as a subject matter expert, ensuring sales reporting and analytics are aligned with broader organizational goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in data reporting and analysis.
- Play an integral role in enforcing Salesforce best practices within the sales team to ensure data integrity and optimal system utilization. You will actively promote and maintain data quality standards within Salesforce.
- Identify systems and process learning opportunities for the sales team. You will partner with Sales Enablement to create documentation and training sessions to address knowledge gaps and drive continuous improvement.
- Complete operational projects to assist the sales team in meeting their revenue goals. This includes tasks such as identifying and assigning Target Accounts in Salesforce, optimizing lead routing processes, and implementing new sales tools and technologies.
- Own the management and optimization of lead routing rules and processes. You will be responsible for the system implementation of these rules within Salesforce and will collaborate closely with Marketing to ensure alignment between lead generation and sales efforts.

- Advanced knowledge of data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau is preferred
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a related analytical role
- BA/BS Degree in a relevant field

The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation and hourly non-exempt roles are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law.
