The problem
Marketers have an abundance of data and are constantly searching for easier ways to track trends in their business. Klaviyo SMS customers have expressed the need for a holistic view of their SMS channel performance.
SMS marketers need to track key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to the channel to optimize their strategies effectively. Evaluating channel performance can be cumbersome when your data is spread out across multiple locations and views.
The solution
To address these challenges, Klaviyo has launched the new SMS Reporting Dashboard. This powerful tool consolidates all essential SMS data into a single, user-friendly view.
With the SMS Reporting Dashboard, you can:
- Analyze total SMS revenue and conversion rates: Gain insights into the revenue generated and conversion rates for your SMS efforts across campaigns and flows.
- Track SMS audience growth: Monitor the growth of your SMS subscriber list over time.
- Review SMS deliverability and engagement: Evaluate your SMS delivery rates and how subscribers are engaging with your messages.
- Download and share reports: Effortlessly export PDF versions of your reports to share key findings and strategic insights with your team.
You can dig into your performance even faster with helpful dropdowns that show SMS campaign and flow performance by day, as well as specific messages sent.
Within each report are also buttons that link to other reporting dashboards where you can dive deeper into the data. Jump from the SMS Reporting Dashboard to the Subscriber Growth Report, SMS Deliverability Hub, Campaigns and Flows overview, or specific messages.
How to access the SMS Reporting Dashboard
The new SMS Reporting Dashboard is available to all Klaviyo accounts that have enabled SMS. Users will find the new option by:
- Navigating to the Analytics dropdown in your Klaviyo account
- Clicking on the Dashboards tab
