At Klaviyo, personalisation has always been at the heart of what we do. Whether it’s helping brands create tailor-made experiences for their customers or providing data-driven insights that fuel meaningful engagement, our platform is built to empower marketers to connect with their audiences in a way that feels uniquely personal.

Today, Klaviyo is taking that mission one step further by adding support for German, Spanish, Italian, Korean, and Brazilian Portuguese—exciting additions to the English and French versions.

This update opens new doors for marketers across these regions, allowing them to use our platform in their preferred language. By doing so, we aim to make Klaviyo more accessible and intuitive for businesses around the world, ensuring you can focus on what really matters: building lasting customer relationships.

Why expanding language support matters

Whether you’re marketing to customers in Berlin, Madrid, or Milan, the ability to communicate effectively is key to success. For marketers using Klaviyo, this new language support means a smoother, more efficient experience. Navigating the platform in a familiar language removes friction, enabling users to focus on their campaigns without getting bogged down by language barriers.

Additionally, as businesses grow internationally, having the tools to operate in multiple languages becomes more than just a convenience—it’s a necessity. With German, Spanish, Italian, and more now supported on Klaviyo, we’re excited to empower even more businesses to thrive on a global scale.

How to switch languages in Klaviyo

For those already using Klaviyo, making the switch to one of our newly supported languages is simple. Just follow these steps:

  1. Head to your account settings.
  2. Look for the language preferences option.
  3. Select your desired language (as of now, the options are English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Korean, or Brazilian Portuguese).

Once you’ve made the switch, the entire platform interface will be available in your preferred language, making it easier for you to navigate and manage your campaigns. Keep in mind that certain third-party integrations or specific UI elements may still appear in English for the time being, but we’re working to ensure a fully localised experience in the future.

If you’re happy with your current language settings, there’s no need to do anything—your default settings will remain unchanged.

What this means for new users

If you’re considering Klaviyo as your marketing and customer data platform, this language expansion opens up new possibilities. Whether you’re based in a German, Spanish, or Italian-speaking region, or simply prefer working in one of these languages, you’ll find Klaviyo now better equipped to meet your needs. The platform is designed to offer a seamless experience, no matter where you are in the world or what language you use.

As businesses continue to operate in an increasingly global marketplace, it’s important to have a platform that meets you where you are—both in terms of language and functionality. Klaviyo’s commitment to expanding its language capabilities is just one more way we’re working to deliver the best possible experience to our users.

New community groups for German and French speakers

In addition to expanding language support, Klaviyo has recently launched two new community groups: for German and French speakers.

These groups will provide a space for users to connect, share ideas, and learn from one another. Whether you’re looking to discuss best practices, troubleshoot challenges, or simply network with other marketers in your region, these communities are designed to support you.

By joining, you’ll be able to tap into the collective knowledge of fellow Klaviyo users, helping you get even more out of the platform as you grow your business.
