EMEA oBDR Manager - Join our Growing Klaviyo Sales Team!

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead one of high-performing oBDR teams. As an integral part of our rapidly expanding Klaviyo Sales organisation, you’ll guide your oBDR team to exceed monthly quotas, fostering a culture of over-performance. 

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train and support oBDRs to meet and exceed their individual attainment metrics whilst hitting our wider strategic goals 
  • Conduct impactful 1:1s, providing guidance and motivation
  • Drive and develop a high-performing, diverse and inclusive team culture
  • Collaborate radically with your peers in the Business Development, Sales & Sales Enablement to share best practices and ensure an optimal customer experience

Training and Development

  • Motivate the team to surpass KPIs using a variety of outreach channels and prospecting techniques
  • Spearhead creative prospecting initiatives focusing on delivering a differentiated experience to the prospect
  • Enforce weekly scorecard reviews, identifying performance gaps for improvement
  • Nurture and stretch high-performing oBDRs to become our bench of AE talent

Requirements:

  • Located in a commutable area to London (min. 3 days per week in the London-based office)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing BDRs
  • History of over-performance in an Individual Contributor and Manager role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for training and development
  • Data-savvy with a focus on trend analysis 
  • Comfortable with change and a fast-paced work environment
  • Proficient with sales tools like Outreach, Salesforce, Cognism etc
  • You are Detail-oriented, organised and have a bias towards action

How You Will Make a Difference:

  • Conduct impactful 1:1s and drive team motivation
  • Enforce weekly scorecard reviews for continuous improvement
  • Execute on strategic KPIs
  • Develop ongoing skills analysis for a scalable curriculum
  • Foster inter-departmental collaboration across Business Development, Sales and Sales Enablement teams

The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation. This role is also eligible for competitive benefits and perquisites, subject to company policy and applicable law

£72,000£72,000 GBP
