As a Senior GSI Partner Manager, you will be responsible for building a long term, deep, and mutually-beneficial relationship with Klaviyo’s GSI (global systems integrator) partners. 

You will leverage your strong consultative and people skills and be responsible for the management, execution, and expansion of assigned partnerships. You will drive cross functional activities with assigned partners and Klaviyo stakeholders to develop, market and land joint offerings in the field. 

What you will be doing:

Drive Practice Building, Joint Asset Creation and Sales & Marketing with GSI Partner and Klaviyo stakeholders. 

Lead the joint partner planning process with limited guidance to develop performance objectives, fiscal targets and critical milestones associated with partner relationships. Design and execute marketing strategies, strategic growth initiatives and communication materials associated with launching alliance partnerships. Program manage complex initiatives with partner and report out on progress, risk and challenges 

Establish and leverage relationships throughout all levels of a partner's management structure to identify and engage in business opportunities that benefit the organization. Work with the appropriate executives, management and organizations to engage and operate to ensure success. You are data driven and your success will be in helping drive strong business results as measured by joint pipeline, Klaviyo ARR and services revenues for the partner(s)

Who you are:

  • Are adept at influencing and relationship building.
  • Have 5+ years of partnerships, sales, or account management experience.
  • Have largely worked on accounts in the Enterprise customer segment and ideally with GSIs like Accenture, EY and Deloitte  
  • Comfortable presenting product led discussions and demo’ing the Klaviyo product to your partner/s.
  • Proactively solicit and act on feedback from your customers, partners, and peers.
  • Have a positive outlook and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • BA/BS degree in Business or Computer Science; MBA preferred

The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation and hourly non-exempt roles are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law. This role is eligible for benefits, including: medical, dental and vision coverage, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, 401(k), flexible paid time off and company-paid holidays and a culture of learning that includes a learning allowance and access to a professional coaching service for all employees.

Base Pay Range For US Locations:
$116,000$174,000 USD
