About the Team and Role:

As a member of the Global Technology Services (GTS) team, the Senior NetSuite Consultant will play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, optimization, and maintenance of NetSuite and other financial technology (FinTech) systems. This role is critical in driving process automation, enhancing financial workflows, and ensuring system scalability to meet the demands of a dynamic, high-growth, multi-subsidiary, and multi-currency environment.

With expertise in NetSuite architecture, configurations, and customizations, you will collaborate cross-functionally with finance, GTM, IT operations, and leadership to deliver seamless, integrated solutions that align with business objectives. Additionally, you will serve as a trusted partner to business stakeholders, working closely with them to identify challenges, gather requirements, and implement scalable solutions that drive operational excellence.

How you’ll have an impact:

  • Serve as a NetSuite Subject Matter Expert (SME), leading the design, implementation, and optimization of system solutions.
  • Analyze business requirements and design tailored NetSuite modules, workflows, custom fields, saved searches, dashboards, and reports.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document system requirements, ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with business growth.
  • Support integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications such as Stripe, Salesforce, Workday, and various procurement tools.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks like SOX.
  • Stay updated on NetSuite trends and recommend system improvements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational objectives.

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in NetSuite implementation, administration, or consulting with a focus on financial systems.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing NetSuite solutions across multiple modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, etc.) and partner applications
  • Familiarity with SOX-compliant systems, internal controls, and global compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting high-growth or international companies with complex financial operations is strongly preferred.
  • NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation, SuiteAnalytics, or ERP Consultant are highly preferred.

The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation and hourly non-exempt roles are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law. This role is eligible for benefits, including: medical, dental and vision coverage, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, 401(k), flexible paid time off and company-paid holidays and a culture of learning that includes a learning allowance and access to a professional coaching service for all employees.

Base Pay Range For US Locations:
$112,000$168,000 USD
