The Sr. Manager of ISV Partnerships will play a critical role in shaping and driving the company’s global strategy to expand and optimize Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partnerships. This position will lead a team of Partner Managers focused on acquiring, scaling, and optimizing ISV partnerships to deliver customer value, drive revenue growth, and enhance our global partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring significant experience managing ISV programs, developing cross-functional strategies, and mentoring high-performing teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
How you’ll make an impact:
People Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global team of Partner Account Managers to execute ISV strategies effectively.
- Establish clear goals, metrics, and development plans for team members, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
- Inspire and empower the team to identify, recruit, and scale ISV partnerships that align with company objectives and customer needs.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to the team to overcome challenges and achieve ambitious targets.
ISV Program Leadership:
- Leverage prior experience managing and scaling ISV programs to define and execute a comprehensive global ISV strategy.
- Develop and implement programmatic approaches to ISV partner onboarding, enablement, and lifecycle management.
- Build a structured framework for tiered benefits and incentives, ensuring alignment with partner performance and contributions.
- Serve as the primary advocate for the ISV program, driving internal alignment and external visibility.
ISV Partner Acquisition & Growth:
- Define and oversee the global ISV acquisition strategy, focusing on identifying high-impact ISVs that align with product priorities and customer outcomes.
- Lead efforts to develop a robust ISV pipeline, targeting partners who enhance the company’s solution portfolio and deliver measurable customer value.
- Ensure ISV partnerships are optimized for scalability, driving mutual revenue growth and market impact.
Data-driven Insights & Competitive Strategy:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to refine ISV strategies and stay ahead of market shifts.
- Use data-driven insights to prioritize ISV partnerships and measure program performance.
- Share insights with senior leadership to inform broader business strategies and investment decisions.
What you’ll bring :
- Proven Leadership Experience: 10+ years of experience in partnership development, business development, or channel management, with at least 5 years in ISV program leadership.
- Track Record of ISV Success: Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and optimize ISV programs, including onboarding, enablement, and lifecycle management.
- People Management Expertise: Experience leading and developing global teams, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and building high-performing, results-driven organizations.
- Revenue-Focused Acumen: Strong history of driving revenue growth through ISV partnerships, with measurable outcomes tied to acquisition and enablement strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work across teams, including sales, marketing, product, and engineering, to align on objectives and deliver results.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to measure success, inform strategy, and prioritize initiatives.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Clear and persuasive communicator with excellent presentation and relationship-building abilities.

The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation and hourly non-exempt roles are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law.
