As a Financial Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the Global Technology Solutions (GTS) team. Your responsibilities will include providing support for financial systems administration, maintenance, and enhancements. Additionally, you will assist in automating financial and revenue processes and ensuring compliance reporting. Your contributions will be pivotal in helping the finance team scale efficiently and effectively.

How You'll Make a Difference
- Provide assistance for all financial system aspects including configuration, administration, system improvement projects, report writing, and other tasks
- Analyze and improve various financial processes using various systems and technologies.
- Create and manage documentation for system configurations and modifications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards regarding financial system processes and system change controls.
- Collaborate with other Global Technology Solutions teams to ensure alignment, integration and integrity of the financial systems
Who You Are
- 3-5 years of financial systems administration or related role.
- Experience in financial systems & ticketing tools. (NetSuite, FreshWorks)
- Nice to have a foundation with Order to Cash, Subscription Management, Procurement, Compliance reporting and Accounting concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and written/verbal communication skills.
The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation and hourly non-exempt roles are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law.
