In this role, you will lead a new Central Europe team consisting of German speaking Account Executives (AEs) and be responsible for increasing our client base through inbound, outbound, and partner channels.
As our Sales Manager, you’ll recruit, train, develop, and support new and existing AEs to ensure they meet specific new business goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. You should have a proven playbook for managing 1:1s, weekly meetings, setting a consistent team cadence, and, most importantly, a strategy for generating outbound opportunities.
We are looking for a Sales Manager passionate about fostering a collaborative team environment and holding team members accountable to achieve shared goals.

- Enforce weekly scorecard reviews to identify performance gaps and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement a scalable skills curriculum for continuous improvement and advancement.
- Collaborate across departments, including product, marketing, training, and support teams.
Who You Are:
- Fluent in German, with experience managing and coaching AEs in multilingual settings, including Spanish and Italian-speaking teams.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience managing AEs within a SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a diverse and high-performing team.
- Proficient in data analysis and trend identification to assess rep performance.
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in driving results.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with enterprise accounts is a plus.
- Background in the MarTech space is advantageous.
- Proven track record in building and managing regional sales teams.
If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited about building and leading a top-performing team within a fast-growing company, we'd love to hear from you.
