The Partner Operations Analyst sits on the Partner Operations team which is critical to the overall performance of Klaviyo’s Partnerships and Sales teams. You will play an important role in supporting the day to day operations of the global partnership team to ensure partner sales reps are equipped to continue to meet and exceed their goals. 

Our Partnership team is growing rapidly to support our rapid partner growth and you are a critical hire to continue to support and scale their growth. The person who would best fit this role is highly curious, collaborative, adaptable, independent, organized, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. This hire will report to the Manager of Partner Revenue Operations. 

How You Will Make a Difference

  • Build and maintain strong relationships by partnering closely with partner sales reps to identify, develop and drive impactful process improvements that accelerate partner growth and improve partner operations on a global scale.
  • Monitor and respond to the partnership ticket queue, ensuring timely assignment and resolution of incidents, service requests, and tasks according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Prioritize tickets based on urgency and impact.
  • Generate reports and analyze ticket performance, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies within partner operations. Streamline workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and continuously seek ways to optimize operations.
  • To sum it up - you will make an immense difference by helping the partner sales reps work as efficiently as possible so they can focus on building and maintaining excellent relationships with our partners.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience in an operations role in a fast paced environment
  • Familiar with Salesforce, Google Suite and Excel
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-growth and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and prioritize competing requests
  • Passion for identifying and implementing efficiencies and process improvements
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Bachelors or equivalent work experience

Even Better:

  • Experience in a partner operations or partner ecosystem 
  • Proficiency in using ticketing systems 
  • Familiar with Crossbeam, Jira, Monday.co, Validity Demand Tools
  • We are a Slack, Gsuite and Zoom shop so if you have used these that’s a nice to have!

The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation and hourly non-exempt roles are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law. This role is eligible for benefits, including: medical, dental and vision coverage, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, 401(k), flexible paid time off and company-paid holidays and a culture of learning that includes a learning allowance and access to a professional coaching service for all employees.

Base Pay Range For US Locations:
$72,000$108,000 USD
